NIREY KE-198 ELECTRIC KNIFE SHARPENER

The Nirey KE-198 Electric Knife Sharpener provides a quick and efficient method to sharpen your knives, specifically designed for recreational use. Featuring two spring-loaded Aluminium Oxide grinding wheels (coarse and fine), the KE-198 ensures a controlled pressure is applied to the blade, resulting in a perfect 15 cutting edge that is difficult to achieve with a steel. The sharpener’s grooves hold the knife at the correct angle, with the left groove sharpening the right side of the knife and the right groove sharpening the left side. Knives are first sharpened in the coarse section (marked 1) and then polished to a razor finish in the fine section (marked 2). This unit is a sealed system with no replacement parts, but the sharpening wheels are guaranteed for life under normal use.
